Helpful staff
I would have rated a zero but wasn’t an option. Terrible service!!!!!!!! My dad bought heating aids from hearing life. He took them in to be repaired as the volume button on one of the hearing aids wasn’t working. He went into hearing life to get it repaired and during the process of “fixing” it they lost the part. They advised my dad that there are no replacement parts available, and therefore he would need to buy a new pair of hearing aids at HIS own cost. They did not offer to cover any of the cost let alone replace them ... read more
