I booked an appointment for today, got a confirmation email, and even had several emails communicated with the team about today's appointment. When I went today, the receptionist told me the appointment got cancelled because she tried to call me to do some paperwork prior to the appointment but couldn't reach me. I checked my call log, from May 8, the date that I booked the appointment, up until today. They didn't call me at all. She must call the wrong number. Have had great, friendly service for my mother's hearing aids and appointments. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
The receptionist was lovely and helpful, but the audiologist was rude and didn’t seem to listen or care about my ear issues
