Courtney is absolutely a great hearing instrument specialist. She is very professional and really wants to help. As I am a former sound engineer, she answered all my questions about sound frequencies, correctly I might add. The hearing aids are great, best i have ever had. The office was neat and clean. I rate a 5 star in everything.
