Sending in hearing aid to be repaired at manufacturer. Great helping from audiologist.
This was for my husband. He went in for an adjustment and got a positive result in the office, but when he got home, they were not loud enough. He went back the next day and the audiologist said that it wasn't possible. She adjusted them again, but they still aren't working correctly.
HL has always taken care of The Wife and I whenever we need to go in. Supplies or to get adjustments, same excellent service. Our current hearing aids are about 6 years old. When it comes to needing new ones, we’ll be back. Can’t go wrong !
