I had a great experience initially. But then my hearing aids went out of warranty. Now I get absolutely no help or service without paying a costly (not reasonable) price. It seems they don't want to keep their old customers. I knew I would have to pay something but also expect to be treated well.

Dr. Gilgrin had been my audiologist for 15 years. I recommend her without question. She and her staff have provided me with excellent care all these years.
Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable doctor and staff.
