This is a business run the way it should be run. Knowledgeable doctor (Ali), friendly staff to greet me (Debbie) and an attractive , welcoming office. My hearing aid sent me a signal that it was malfunctioning, I took it to Hearing Life, Debbie sent it in to the factory and four days later I had a new hearing aid.
Wonderful service and very prompt and explains with clarity all that's going on with the hearing aids. Very much appreciated!!
We had to send my wife’s hearing aids in for new batteries. They were back within the time promised & work well.
The people working at Hearing Life are very professional and helpful to all the customers. I sometimes am in at the same times when many others are and I see first hand the kindness and courtesy they provide to all the people that come in.
