Great place to get friendly service
The service was very friendly.
Had some issues with aid. Audiologist immediately resolved the issues I was having. He is super nice and helpful. Highly recommend this audiologist that’s @ OAKLAWN location right now. Wish I could remember his name but unfortunately I don’t.
Ernest Smith and Agnes are very professional people. Agnes provided an appointment for me in one day and Ernest Smith has very very patient with his clients very friendly positive always asking if there’s any concern do not hesitate to call. We’re here to serve you. We feel very comfortable and with him, they do take care of the customers first and they make it right. My husband had a situation with his hearing aid, but the result. Thank you very much
