There are plenty of reputable Audiology practices in the Bay Area. However, this one is simply the best. My family have been going here for quite a while, in order to work with Dr. Ray Crookston. What a talented Audiologist and lovely human being. You can tell this business is family-run, and that everyone that walks through the door is treated with the utmost respect and care. Go here. I would recommend Hearing Zone and Dr. Ray, hands down. And you can knock out a bank visit and Trader Joe's shopping trip at the same time!
I had a great experience getting my audiograph & tympanogram done at Hearing Zone. Dr. Ray is great and made me feel comfortable as I had the tests done. Their dog Raven is precious & it was so nice to have a dog with me in my appointment!! The folks in the waiting room seemed to be really at home there. Dr. Ray is a terrific audiologist! He really knows his field and explains things clearly. He's responsive, super-patient, and really listens. I've had regular hearing exams for twenty years and worn hearing aids for ten of them--and Dr. Ray is far and away the best I've encountered in this field. Hearing is a crucial element in quality of life for me, and I'm delighted with the care I've received from Hearing Zone!
Wow... nicest people I ever meet in my life... I'm sorry that I don't know their name but a male and a female at the front desk that talks so nice and explain what I have to do with soft and kind. Unfortunately, they couldn't check my ear because they told me my ear was infected, but the way that they approached me was so nice that it made my day... Thank you so much...
