Hearing Zone is an exceptional professional practice! Dr. Ray and Jessica are warm and welcoming, and Dr. Ray provides an extremely thorough exam, Wile explaining everything the whole time. An added treat is Raven to welcome you in the door and keep you company! I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a thorough audiology exam.
Always a 5 star experience! I often take my own hearing for granted when my hearing aids are working. When they’re not, my anxiety shoots through the roof! Dr. Cookston is always so kind and accommodating in helping me “hear again”, whatever the fix is! Shout out to Jessica and Raven too :)

There are plenty of reputable Audiology practices in the Bay Area. However, this one is simply the best. My family have been going here for quite a while, in order to work with Dr. Ray Crookston. What a talented Audiologist and lovely human being. You can tell this business is family-run, and that everyone that walks through the door is treated with the utmost respect and care. Go here. I would recommend Hearing Zone and Dr. Ray, hands down. And you can knock out a bank visit and Trader Joe's shopping trip at the same time!
