It was a great experience, I finally got my ear cleaned out it was blocked for weeks could not get it out. My hearing aids are so easy and I forget I have them in sometimes. I was so surprised that they are water proof to a certain extent, which makes them worry free. Very nice Dr.
Had to run in to get an audiogram and some hearing molds done for some ear pro, Mel was attentive and very knowledgeable, got me fitted very quickly, got the audiogram done even quicker, and even helped me out with some billing issues, would highly recommend this company and Mel for their expertise and overall friendly atmosphere! Five stars!
