Erica was so knowledgeable. Made it an easy transition to hearing aids.
I’m so glad I finally had the courage to book an appointment to address my hearing loss. I brought my mom’s old hearing aids, hoping they could reprogram them for my needs. After the hearing test I was told that my mom’s aids wouldn’t work for me but they had another pair that they would swap out and reprogram for my unique needs.
