Robin has always been helpful and very good with the public. It took her just a few minutes to get my hearing aid working again. H.W. was able to see me the same day as I called and solved the issue.

Back in 2007 in Iraq I was blown up by a roadside bomb that detonated about 3-4 feet away from where I was seated in my humvee. To illustrate how that affected my hearing all I can really say is it was a big enough bomb to tear the back end of our heavily armored truck clean off it, basically everything from right behind my head and back from there blew off/was ripped clean off the rest of our truck and I personally never saw where the heck it went.
