Dr. Megan Thomas has been taking care of us for 4 years and we believe she’s the best. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and wants to do the best for her patients. She made the biggest difference in our younger grandson’s life. She is amazing and helps take care of us as well. We highly recommend her.
My dad who is 94 was having declining volume in his left hearing aid and it completely went out today. I called around to a couple of places and the appointments were a week or sometimes greater out. HearSense moved a few things around and was able to see the same day. The staff was fantastic. The hearing aid was back to full service and I got a lesson on how to fix the problem if it comes up again. Five stars great patient service.
