Extremely professional. Took time to explain test results and all options and answered all questions. Did not push any particular option and listened to my concerns.
Always a great experience visiting the HearSense office. Dr. Thomas is easy to work with and helps solve my hearing issues, is open to discussion, and will research new products I request. She can think outside the box and is a great problem solver! I keep returning year after year and I will continue to do so. This is the most success I have had with hearing aid diagnostics, fitting and education. Thank you!
