Honestly, I am overwhelmed just writing this review and finding the words to express how much I appreciate Dr. Megan. She helped made me realize things that I suspected about my son but couldn’t put it into exact words. My son was diagnosed with APD, prior it was ADHD. He does not have ADHD. He has a speech delay/ languages disorder; expressive and receptive disorder and he always has to listen to things slowly to process it and even then he sometimes don’t. Dr. Thomas has been working with my son. We were referred to her by another audiologist. She is caring and works hard to give my son the best therapy for his auditory processing disorder. He isn't done with the program, but we're already seeing positive changes at home and his grades have improved. That's exactly why we signed up. I would recommend her.
Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, anxious to both help and be of service, they go that step beyond to insure your devices are adjusted and as comfortable as possible.
Excellent experience picking up and getting trained in using my first set of hearing aids!
