The worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought a pair of $6500 hearing aids in March and had a 3 year warranty plus batteries for 3 years. Can't even get them to answer the phone. I don't know if they are still in business. My hearing aids needs adjusting an can't find them.
would like to make an appointment but no one will answer the phone ever. very frustrating.
