This place gets 0 stars. This is the absolute WORST place to purchase hearing aids in Oklahoma. The service after the sale is terrible. They just don’t care that you spent thousands of dollars on hearing aids and they still do not work. The so called specialist Cara is extremely rude and even becoming belligerent. We tried for over 3 years to get this place to please repair, replace, or refund our money because the aids NEVER worked correctly, and they absolutely refused to stand behind their product.
