Merri’s John is fantastic with my 11 year old daughter. I am very happy with moved my daughter’s care to Hearing solutions, compared to where we were before the level of service is exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you for taking such great care of my daughter.
They keep calling me after I declined their services. Apparently they need hearing aids
Went it the Doctor pretty much acted like robot with me. I was in for max 2 Minutes. She told me I had nothing and I was charged $45 like wow. If going to charge at least do something
Rachel was extremely thoughtful and kind. Aside from the awesome service - I came in with a time sensitive issue, and Rachel helped get me an appointment quickly with the doctor. Dr. Merris John was nothing short of awesome. She assisted with my situation and made it very easy to understand the process going forward Thank you very much to both of you and look forward to seeing you both again!
Staff were very friendly made the words you need hearing aids easier to handle explained everything clear so I wasn't worried about anything glad to go there to get checked out
