Went it the Doctor pretty much acted like robot with me. I was in for max 2 Minutes. She told me I had nothing and I was charged $45 like wow. If going to charge at least do something
Rachel was extremely thoughtful and kind. Aside from the awesome service - I came in with a time sensitive issue, and Rachel helped get me an appointment quickly with the doctor. Dr. Merris John was nothing short of awesome. She assisted with my situation and made it very easy to understand the process going forward Thank you very much to both of you and look forward to seeing you both again!
Staff were very friendly made the words you need hearing aids easier to handle explained everything clear so I wasn't worried about anything glad to go there to get checked out
I have had significant hearing loss, in both ears, during the past couple of years. I chose to go to Hearing Solutions in the Oshawa mall to enquire about hearing aids. The receptionist, Rachel, was quite helpful and booked me an appointment with a senior audiologist, Merris JOHN. I was apprehensive about getting hearing aids, but when Ms John interviewed me I felt quite at ease and confident in her ability to help me out.
