A few family members require the use of hearing aids and we’ve been coming here since 2019. The service has been awesome. The staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Extra special thanks goes to Vivian for always assisting us with everything from special needs benefits to equipment and adjustments Thank you for all you do for us.
I was trying to book a wax cleaning and a hearing test I left several messages over 2 weeks and nobody calls back.
This is the most ridiculous place to go, it just a waste of time, they advertise on facebook for free wax cleaning, once you go there they refuse to clean your ears and said that much wax is normal besides they try to do experiments on you and try to sell their equipments. I strongly recommend not to go. These people are scammers.
