My father recently visited the Hearing Solution office to have his hearing aid repaired, and the experience was exceptional. Our audiologist, Dr. Yang Lin, was incredibly professional and provided top-tier service, ensuring everything was functioning perfectly. I also want to give a special thanks to Vivian at the front desk; she was so helpful and made the booking process seamless. Highly recommend this team for their expertise and care!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Yang for ear wax removal and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, professional, and well-organized. Dr. Yang was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and patient, taking the time to explain the process clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout.
