Both my husband and I switched to Hearing Solutions from a large chain and are so glad we did. They are professional, kind, and available. My husband has chronic ear problems and his hearing aids need constant cleaning and adjusting. Hearing Solutions does it happily. You are warmly greeted at reception by Liz and Nicole who can do a clean up in minutes. Audiologists Alan, Rebecca, and Victoria know their stuff. I had a very positive experience at HS, Cloverdale Mall. First Elizabeth greeted me and gave me all the required information. Then she offered me a cancelled spot the next day. Rebecca was so professional and explained to be before the hearing test the implications of the test. During the test, she was so patient and tested my hearing and after the test was completed, she took the time to explain to me the options that I have.
