Great stuff made the experience quick and comfortable
Friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The Eglinton Square location accommodated me after being unable to find my appointment - no fault of theirs - as I made the arrangements online. Instead of turning me away, they made time for me.
I booked an appointment for my first hearing test and was given top level service from the moment I walked in the door. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and the young man (Glen) who performed my test was very professional and helpful as well. He took the time to explain my results and took even more time to answer my subsequent questions and offer me solutions and a plan going forward.
