Excellent professional service. They really accomodate patients when problems arise.
I am truly impressed with the service I received as a patient. The team was both swift and dependable in fulfilling my orders for necessary devices. The receptionist, in particular, is exceptionally knowledgeable and kind; the initial impression provided by the front-facing staff is indeed crucial when visiting a clinic, and she is absolutely outstanding. I was visiting Toronto and experienced a problem with one of my hearing aids. I needed to change the wax guard and unfortunately I had left my spare ones at home. I called Hearing Solutions at Eglinton Square and they immediately said to come to the store and they would be able to help. Upon arrival, the wax guards were given to me without charge. A fantastic kindness when you are away from home.
