Very bad experience with Dr Hearing today . My husband is diabetic and his primary referred him to see Ophthalmologist. But many do not accept our insurance. This office did and said we had to see their optometrist ( Dr hearing ) first . Dr hearing ran several tests and checks never explaining Anthing to my husband was very short and rude and just handed him a paper to bring to front desk and said “ see you next year “ leaving my husband very frustrated. My experience with the eye check up was great he had helpgreatly enough
Dr. Hearing is a wonderful doctor. Very knowledgeable and pleasant personality. However the wait time is terrible. I had to wait an hour and 30 minutes. If he wasn't such a good doctor I would go somewhere else.
