I have also been using hearing resources for many years. I have always had great service attached to my exam, consisting of checking and cleaning my aids and tuning them up via computer addressing my latest hearing needs. Nothing but a hearing test this time, told they did "not have time" to check my aids, and I would have to make another appointment for that!!!! My time is valuable too! To top it all off, they informed me they have no records of my previous visits...almost 10 years! Bye bye...Nancy Coaker
I've been using hearing resources for years for my audiology needs. I was very disappointed in my visit today. My hearing aid needed a new "retention tail" and I was informed brusquely by the curt desk clerk that I had arrived outside "drop in" hours. This is a :30 sec fix. Fortunately, another office worker heard my plight and jumped in to fix my device, which I can now wear comfortably. Drop-in hours now consist of 1 1/2 hours a day during working business hours. Excellent audiologists but terrible, untimely followup to phone messages and apparently no regard for customer need for a response.
My hearing protection earplugs are not only beautiful but they also fit perfect! The staff and Audiologists here are wonderful. Thank you all!
