I had a really good experience hear. The lady who took care of my exam, was able to order my hearing aids right away and got me I really high tech one. They all super friendly
Lady on the phone was awfully rude. She finally answered after I called 5+ times (which she told me she sat there and listened to it ring) and when I asked the question I had told me to just listen to the voicemail for their number. I already listened, but it didn’t address my question. She just kept repeating that. Not that I have a choice to come here or not since I’m active duty but if I did I’d never come lol
