I was sent to Dr. Beth Hoven by the veterans' administration for a disability hearing exam. I had specific written instructions to present any medical information that was pertinent to my hearing loss disability claim to the audiologist when I arrived. When I attempted to do hand the info to her, she refused to accept it, she told me that I couldn't give her anything.
