Love the convenience of location. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We love the Lyrics and it works great for mom...However, it is very expensive for us unfortunate recent financial hardship and loosing her husband. I wish they could find a way to give us a better rate since we have been using these for years now. It has been recommended not to change to a different device for mom at this stage in her life.
