Very knowledgeable staff. Kind and understanding
Moved from another state and needed support and repairs for my hearing aids. Phonak rep recommended Mike and he is absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable, considerate, and articulate. I was expecting to have to send the hearing aids to the manufacturer for repair but Mike was able to resolve all of my issues within the appointment.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Did a great job in helping me get my hearing aids using my insurance plan for cost effective, highly rated devices. Hearing and Low Vision Solutions have also done a great job of helping me clean, maintain, and reprogram my hearing aids as needed.
