Hard to get a hold of especially if the provider is out. Apparently when the provider does not work neither does the receptionist.
Booked the appointment online which caused some difficulty bc the confirmation didn't go through. They rescheduled me to 2 hours later and had me go ahead and fill out intake paperwork. The receptionist was very apologetic and understanding and offered me coffee while i filled out my paperwork. Their 11 didn't show and they were able to get me in. The test took less than 30 min. And they were very clear on next steps. They had a sense of humor too. All in all, great service and clean facility. I recommend calling to schedule... read more
