Cliff is very good at fitting you with the type of hearing aids that best suits your hearing loss. He explains everything to you and makes sure you have comfortable knowledge. He is very kind and patient. JoChelle at the front desk is kind and always has a smile.
Super friendly experience. Had my hearing tested and had results explained to me. Cliff spent lots of time showing me how to use the app on my phone to adjust the hearing aids. I was advised that he would be there at any time I needed any help. It was a great experience all the way around. I am hearing so much better. I would recommend their service to anyone.
Maybe it was the Holliday but very slow getting the hearing aids back. However the people in the store were very friendly and efficient
