I have arrived on time for all of my visits but for ever reason I always have to wait to be seen 15 to 20 minutes. But if I were to arrive 5 to 10 minutes late I would have to reschedule. The location is never crowded. This is just poor time management.
I started coming here after my 5 yr experience with an old pair of hearing aids. I always said I needed a 2nd opinion to get my evaluation checked. I purchased the top of the line hearing aids pair without batteries. I am happy to say these work beautifully and haven’t had a problem with my pair. Completely satisfied and with Michelle and Dr. Monia. Really great people and open for any questions I have regarding my hearing aids.
