Office is extremely rude, unprofessional and lacks customer service. The give misleading information, that cause the patient to be turned away.
I encountered a friendly and professional staff. Thorough examination and explanation of components of exam. Results were explained thoroughly as were benefits allowed by my insurance company. Highly recommend if you are concerned with your hearing.
