My experience was great. Very professional and knowledgeable in there work. The receptionist was as nice as can be and the doctor found my problem with hearing and now I have a hearing aid. aidaid.

I bring my mother regularly to the Hearing Lab in LaGrange for check ups and to make sure her hearing aid is in good working order. We are greeted cordially by Jennifer, and Natalie comes right away to personally greet my mother. Everything is always on time and we never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen by Natalie. She combines professionalism and a cordial attitude seamlessly. I came here with my mother during a promotion they had going on for hearing testing. Upon arriving, I noticed the girl working in reception just having such a negative attitude. She let us know we were late and told us we'd have to reschedule. That was perfectly fine, totally understandable. Here's my problem, Lorena, the receptionist wasn't making eye contact with us much.
