The staff is very professional; I received a call to remind me of my upcoming visit. Diane answered all my questions and explained the current test results in comparison with a previous one. I’ll come back to this location next year!
Scheduling an appointment was easy. I walked in check in at the receptionist desk. I sat down & waited less than 5 minutes before I was brought back to a room. The Audiologist fixed my left hearing aide and repaired my hearing aides to my android phone. The appointment took approximately 5 minutes.
Diane was very kind, thorough and helpful. She answered my questions, explained my hearing condition and illustrate the options available to me.
