Thay have very good service . They care and take care of their customers . Nice group of people they do try to help!
I got help with a hearing aid that went bad within min. after walking in. The technician and the front desk were very helpful. I received all the questions and answers I needed.
I have worn hearing aids for over 45 years gone to only 3 other companies loved 2 the other not so good. Hearing Institute is by far one of the most professional, accommodating, Pleasent staff caring doctor of audiology. The other 2 were located in another part of California were good. We moved to the Desert and needed to find a new Audiologist that was equal to the 2 I left by moving. 7/29/2025 Excellant as always. Greeted with smile and hearing aids serviced with new components. Working 100% again. Excellent service. Great range of available aids by price point. Major improvement on my last set. Definitely recommend seeing Dr Wade Zarella. 6/18/2025 - excellent service once again, right hearing aid not working after changing wax seal, required additional cleaning / service in office. In and out in mnutes
