I thought one of my expensive hearing aids was broken so I went back to the Hearing Institute of the Desert. They were able to get me in for an appointment quickly with their tech Shane. He was great! Not only did he diagnose the issue quickly he taught me how to fix and prevent it from reoccurring in the future. Shane was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a fantastic experience, with a positive outcome in less than 15 minutes. I am very pleased.
My husband and I have been patients for the Hearing Institute of the Desert for almost 10 years. I do not write reviews as a rule, however, the service we have received from Dr. Zarella, Shane Meyer and Adriana has been exceptional. Their knowledge about the best available products is outstanding. They always take time to be sure the patient's needs are completely meet at each visit. Dr. Zarella is pretty extraordinary. He combines decades of expertise with exceptional communication skills and a deeply caring demeanor. For the first time ever, I feel like I have a real partner in my goal of normalizing my significant hearing loss. The rest of the staff were also incredibly kind, helpful and very professional. I would highly recommend Hearing Institute of the Desert to anyone who is looking for great care and honesty regarding the best hearing aids for their particular hearing needs.
Problem with aids. One phone call. Same day resolution. No more problem. Way it s'posed to be. A second problem resolved even more quickly and efficiently. These folks are the best!! Reappearance of truly ODD problem ("First time I''ve run into it it 31 years..." But patience and care got it solved. Too bad there isn't a 6th star!
