We are very satisfied with the services received by Jillian, the audiologist at the Dartmouth location. She is very efficient. She answered our email promptly. We highly recommend Hearing Institute Atlantic, Baker Drive location.
The lady doing my test was very friendly and knowledgeable - I felt very comfortable during the test.
This is my second pair of hearings aides , I must say pricing was comparable with other providers I have consulted and used , the difference was the service - during evaluation, fitting and especially the after service , phenomenal - especially Lauren Dunphy, if ever asked I would recommend this company without reservation but would add unless there was an issue with distance to travel - go to Darthmouth and ask for Lauren - 110 percent guaranteed you would be glad you did .
