The audiologist is excellent. However, before and after you see her you will need to get past the front desk which is staffed by a man who doesn't like children. There is no changing table. If you need to change your child's diaper you will be told you cannot change it on the couch or even the lobby floor and that you will need to change it on the dirty bathroom floor because "Ew-- it will smell."

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Morel. She is very caring, a good listener, and very knowledgeable. She is up to date on the latest technologies. Her staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Morel and Hearing Help Providers for your hearing needs.

Very disappointed. They do not respond to messages. They do not respond to referrals from insurance for tests, despite their audiologist recommending that. They do not take private patients, or at least that is what their receptionist says. Their audiologists are great (I know, because they also work at Cedars) but there is something very wrong about their business model and office administration.
