Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Staff took me immediately for my appointment. Was very knowledgeable, and quickly assessed my hearing. Answered all my questions. Very easy and supportive visit.
Melissa was excellent in describing the features of my new aids, hope to work them, patient when answering my questions.
Awesome consultstion and test..only thing holding my decision on purchase is impossible to reach by phone and continuous rescheduling ...nervous about customer service going forward. Still waiting for a 20.minute call back from 10:30am today. It's 12:30🙃
