Love the people, love the service. They listen to you and try to help you deal with your heating problems with your hearing aids no matter how many times you go back. They are very patient and always have a smile
This is one of the best businesses I've ever had to deal with. The staff is always friendly and competent, and they don't charge for visits if you buy your aid from them. This is more important than you might think, as digital hearing aids are very delicate and require more attention than older ones. I do wish, however, they maintained a bank of used aids as loaners for those whose aids must be sent in for servicing by the factory.
I purchased top of the line oticons last year in New Zealand. My primary care doctor referred me to this establishment to have my aids checked. What a superb job they did! I walked away with cleaner, better fitting, clearer quality aids. The audiologist was very professional and explained what my aids could and could not do. Amazing service....just wonderful group and so helpful for my Mom's issues. I would so recommend them.
The service is superb! I don't know where one could go to get better service. The doctors are very thorough with the examination and make sure the patient understands all the details concerning the patients hearing issues.
