So far so good . . . Dr. Hardy administered a thorough exam, answered all of my questions, explained my options, and sent me home with a pair of hearing aids to 'test drive' for 3 weeks. I'll let you know how it goes;) Now several months into hearing aid wear I am pleased to report that hearing aids have improved my life and communication. The follow-up visits were painless and efficient, tweaking and improving the functionality of my hearing aids.
The staff at Hearing Healthcare are extremely helpful, professional and patient. They worked with me on every aspect of my experience with them even though I can be very distracting!! I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of hearing health issues. I'm sad that I can't be dealing with them anymore due to insurance issues but I am pleased with every aspect of their care. After not using their service for the last two years, I went in to have my ears cleaned. The audiologist was sweet, accommodating, and VERY HELPFUL. I will undoubtedly return to their office.
Came with my husband and we both had our first ever hearing checked. Loved this place! They checked everything and explained the results at the end of the visit. They made us both feel very comfortable and our doctor was so knowledgeable and friendly! All the tests they gave were above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
