First visit here today. Super friendly and efficient staff made it a positive experience!!
Sunshine was diligent to help me get my insurance approved and very friendly upon arrival. Erica was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about my health concerns.
This place was great until it was taken over by Audibel. Today I got a hard sell to buy a very expensive new hearing aid even though mine worked almost as well. A clean and check is $185 including $40 to briefly look in the ears which takes 2 seconds and if any adjustments are needed it is an additional $175. Doesn’t feel like support and customer service anymore.
So thankful for a pair of loaner hearing aids while mine go in for repair.
