I just bought new hearing aides from Charlie 2 months ago. One is not working and I can't get a hold of Charlie to get them fixed. Come on Charlie I need your help. I still have 10 months warranty.
My husband has hearing aids from this company, needed a receiver replaced but Charlie didn't have the correct size. We have been waiting since May 16 for a replacement. Shouldn't take this long to get parts. Dealer only wants to sell us new hearing aids, not take care of the ones we have.
My son is deaf. He has been waiting 2 1/2 months for earmolds. He can't hear without them! We have trusted Charlie for over three years. Now he won't even return my phone calls?? How many more months will my son have no earmolds if we have to start this process all over with someone else. SHAME ON YOU CHARLIE!!!
Charlie Cameron has been such a great help to me, working to get the correct hearing aid and accessories to do the best job for my specific hearing situation. He is always friendly, willing to listen to determine what I need. His staff is also polite, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable.
