This company is not meeting the needs of the customer. My brother has been unable to hear for more than 6 weeks because they lost the charger, The office in question is the one on Main St. in Buffalo NY. Back in June, we took his aids and charger in for repair. Three weeks later the aids were picked up but they said we had the charger, which we did not. Karen, the owner and sole employee, was to submit a claim for worker's comp case for a new set of hearing aids for me over a year ago. At my every attempt to find out what the status was of my case, she would tell me she had submitted it and didn't know what the hold up was but she would check into it and call me back.
