Karen, the owner and sole employee, was to submit a claim for worker's comp case for a new set of hearing aids for me over a year ago. At my every attempt to find out what the status was of my case, she would tell me she had submitted it and didn't know what the hold up was but she would check into it and call me back. She NEVER called me back, not once. I would call her again and get the same story. I finally called the workers comp board to find out she never even submitted the claim. Come to find out, she did the exact same thing to my brother in law. Incredibly poor customer service!
