Our experience was professional in every way. After through testing DR Mangani suggested that my currant aides were performing as well s could be expected and that any change at this time would result in minimal improvement and not worth the investment. No hustle to make a sale. Refreshingly professional. If my hearing changes I would return here

I have been going to Hearing Health center for a short period of time. It was recommended to me by a Friend who has been utilizing their services for years, with only positive interactions. I met with Dr. Buskirk, who helped me greatly. I was able to achieve positive results with the first hearing device I tried. Unfortunately within two weeks I lost my hearing device. Dr. Mandra is amazing! She took time to make sure I understood everything about the results of my hearing test. She explained everything in terms that made sense and then gave me many options about what I could do. When I got my hearing aids, she went through everything with me until I was comfortable. She also followed up the next day with a phone call. The entire office staff is friendly and welcoming.

I have been working with Laura Buskirk, an audiology extern in your Chicago office and I wanted to write to say what an excellent experience I am having with her. She is very professional and so helpful and knowledgable. She is currently helping me with connectivity issues with my Starkey Halo 2 bluetooth hearing aids and although we have determined that they are defective, she has been so helpful as an advocate between myself and this company. I can hear better – I should have listened to my wife when she told me to give hearing aids a try. I did not want to admit that I could not hear her or our grandchildren. Years of working on the trucking docks plus my family history caught up with me. I did not want to appear old by wearing aids. I wear small aids that fit behind my ear all the time now. I have been saying "what" for so long I just got used to it, but my friends hated it, so I went to Hearing Health Center. I was very impressed at the appearance of the offices, the audiologist I saw was extrememly knowledgeable, and they had a marvelous selection to choose from to correct my specific hearing loss. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, and I have. I highly recommend Hearing Health Center.

Keep Looking – I purchased an aid from them about six months ago and I recommend you keep looking elsewhere. First of all, I found out months later I could have purchased the same thing for less money. Also when they offered me a top-end model with more features, it turned out to it's still the same model as the aid that is about $300 cheaper (I paid $3,600). Why didn't I go shop around more? Because I didn't have insurance coverage and was convinced the Care Card credit they offered I probably couldn't get elsewhere. That w... read more
