Pam is amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable!!
Pam is a consummate professional. She made my visit comfortable and answered all questions. Her testing procedures were the most thorough I’ve ever had. My hearing aids were 7 years old and it was obvious that I needed new ones but she never tried to persuade me to make a purchase. She even gave me my test results to take to a competitor to see if they could be adjusted. That person wanted $300 just to adjust them! I contacted Pam and ordered my new hearing aids.
