I have an old hearing aid and when it quit working I took it in and Gavin fixed it!! NO CHARGE!!!!! Took time to talk to me about my hearing. NO HIGH PRESSURE!!! When this old hearing aid quits again I'll be back. And if I need a new one I'll buy from Gavin
I have received excellent service with Hearing Group. I did not buy my hearing aids from them but have used them for service on several occasions and am very pleased with the service I have received which has been quick and pleasant. I have recently aquired hearing aides and getting them from the HG Group office in Emporia was a wonderful experience. Gevin is a asset to this company. He is very understanding of the problems that older people have with hearing loss. He worked diligently with me to ensure my comfort. I would recommend the Emporia office and staff to one and all.
