I love the Hearing Group and the staff in Derby. Krisitina (hearing consultant) took her time explaining what goes on with your hearing as you age and you start to lose that ability. I went back and researched everything that I was told on my initial consultation and everything was just as she said. The fact that my wife could be in the room watching the results of my hearing test and during my consultation was a definite plus.
