This facility does nothing in comparison to what the website leads you to believe. I showed up to my appointment at requested time in a text to locked doors. When employee showed up we repeated answering all questions asked when I made the appointment. HG does not have someone looking into your Insurance while you are being tested, there is only 1 person working. They look in your ears and state they can't perform tests until ear wax is removed and offer to do it for $65. I will go to Doctor and have wax removed where insura... read more
