This is an incredible practice staffed with caring people who make it their priority to help the client. Bailey at the West office is so nice and so knowledgeable. She made my visit enjoyable. She tested my hearing and then bent over backwards to help us find a way to afford Hearing Aids. I am so Happy and will refer everyone I know. Thank you Bailey and Hearing Group.Â
Bailey and Heather went to the max to make sure that my hearing problem was fixed.I did not buy my hearing aids from them . Bailey said no problem lets just take care it.She adjusted programs and sent my old pair in to be fixed .Gave me a loaner set to use.Rateing 15 on scale of 1 to 10 thank you.Â

I love these people. They actually listened to me and my concerns. That gave them the ability to help me hear, which means, now, I can listen to them and anyone I choose to listen to. (There are some people that I still act like I can't hear, cause I just don't like what they're saying. :)) Thanks a lot!!Â
