I’ve lost 70% of hearing on my right ear and somewhat on the left. I’ve gone to few different hearing aids facilities but was not satisfied until I visited this Hearing Experience office. OMG, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to correct their hearings. Suzanne & Walter are very friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and patient.
My primary care physician gave me a referral to a large ENT group to evaluate and treat my hearing loss. I tried several times to get an appointment but was unsuccessful. I then looked them up and saw that they had a lot of underwhelming reviews. That is when I started my search and came across “The Hearing Experience”. I am so appreciative of the service I get. I usually make an appointment , but today I was in the area at another doctors office in the area. I walked in to get some help and supplies for my hearing aids. They were so accommodating I would recommend everyone that is in the need for hearing aids.
Walter and staff provide excellent customer service. I had to experiment with different inner ear attachments and they kept providing me with new ones until we found the best solution. The only thing I would suggest is asking lots of questions and don't be afraid to contact them with more questions or to come in and ask them to show you how to work the app, the aids if you have questions as time progresses.
