Excellent experience with the team (Alan and Vanessa) at the Woodbridge location. Alan took his time to explain the hearing test and the hearing aids. I started my lack of hearing journey with a Connect Hearing competitor. The experience with Connect was superior. Calm, clear explanations, friendly, professional and better price points.
I had a great experience here, staff is very friendly and helpful, the doctor is very professional and kind. I highly recommend this place even if it’s a bit out of your way.

I had a very pleasant experience this morning with Alan. I have been to several different audiologists, and today was the best experience I've ever had hands down. Alan paid attention to all my concerns, and is one of the most educated audiologists I have had the pleasure of meeting. Would recommend anyone seeking an audiologist who truly cares, to see Alan.
