This is my first experience with hearing aids. I liked Beth's thorough explanation of my hearing loss and why it is important to have the hearing aids. I also liked the aftercare that is part of the program to check how the hearing aids are working and to answer any concerns. The aids work great. I had no idea how many sounds I was missing.
Beth took care of my mother's hearing aides when her office was in the Sears store at the mall. She did a great job for my mom, so when I noticed some hearing/understanding words difficulty, decided to go to Hearing Dynamics and have Beth help me too. She is very knowledgeable about hearing aides and which one was best for me. I got mine yesterday and they are so comfortable and work great! The receptionist is very friendly and outgoing. Great place to do business with.
