Update (5 Sep 25). Sad to say this is my last visit (we are moving), the service and care received is unmatched. So happy that I met this wonderful Doctor. Wish you much successin the future Awesome experience, Dr Samia Quidwai and Mickayla are the best.
Dr. Quidwai is incredibly knowledgable and kind. She allowed me to include family in my appointment via phone so that they could hear how best to support me, and she carefully answered all of my questions, ensured I was working with a reputable ENT, and explained how to prioritize my future appointments. Aside from the inherent fear and uncertainty that comes with exploring issues with hearing/hearing loss, I enjoyed learning from her and would readily recommend her to anyone needing auditory care.
Doctor Quidwai kindly assessed my hearing needs and customized the hearing aids to match my lifestyle.
Dr Stehouwer has always provided excellent professional service, both with my older hearing aids, and the new ones which I am happy with. I understand that hearing aids cannot fully correct underlying permanent hearing loss, but Dr Stehouwer has worked to provide me with the best hearing that is possible, and has answered my many queries.
