This office has the friendliest people. I was greeted when I walked in and given a little tour by the friendly receptionist. Dr. Dotzenrod went above and beyond and to listen to my concerns. I don't think I've ever felt so heard and validated by a doctor in my life. She truly cared about my hearing loss and how it impacts my life. She explained everything in a way that I could understand and really cared about helping me with hearing aids.
