Friendly staff, warm environment, great service.
Had some trouble hearing in the past few days, wasn’t sure where to start. Luckily my wife found this place. Staff were very nice and welcoming as soon as we got there. Introduce themselves and gave us a tour of the place. Was super nervous but the doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. She gave me the run down and went into details and showed me before results and after. She quickly identified the issues and ease my mind a bit. Staff is very nice, accomidating and professional. The exam seemed thorough. Dr. Dotzenrod was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Overall, an excellent experience. .
Staff at hearing consultants were patient with Jerry and made sure his hearing aids fit well before leaving the office
