I highly recommend this practice! Dr. Williams is great! She takes the time to answer all of my questions, and she does it thoroughly with great use of analogies to help my non-audiology brain understand! I always feel valued there.
Had a 70% blockage in one ear and heavy buildup in the other. Dr Williams removed all wax buildup and my hearing is now better than I can ever recall.
My battery dies on my light hearing aid. I got in quick for the doctor took my earring aid and is sending it off to get a new battery. They should have it in a weeklong and I will be good as new. Thank you!!!
