GREAT customer service! GREAT products! Fun people to deal with. I have done business with other hearing aid suppliers. HEARING CONNECTION - IDAHO, in Nampa, is the first that I have really enjoyed dealing with.
I have had gradual hearing loss over the last several months. I can't believe I didn't make an appointment with Hearing Connection sooner! After the initial meeting I was sent home with hearing aids that worked effectively right away! I just left my second appointment and with a couple of new adjustments I am hearing better than ever. We are from Eastern Oregon and my husband, Gunther went to the Fruitland office. Nate and Spring have been so friendly and helpful right from the start. It is a pleasure to know that we will be getting good care from them. The hearing aids are working great.
I can't say enough good about the customer service I received at the Hearing Connection on State St. in Boise. They were so kind and patient with me, I didn't realize how much hearing loss I had until they put a hearing aid in my ears. I'm not a person of great wealth, and once they realize this, they were more than willing to work with me, and gave me A suggestion on who to talk to about getting help with the bill. I went to the Fruitland location for a hearing exam, I ended up not having a hearing loss that needed hearing aids, even though I work in construction, and in a loud environment. Annual testing was recommended for my hearing health. Nate and Spring were professional and friendly! I would recommend taking any of my family members there!
The staff at the Hearing Connection in Boise were so helpful and answered all my questions. I had my hearing tested on January 23 and with my hearing loss they are ordering me the newest technology in hearing aids. They are an IIC, invisible, blue tooth hearing aid. I won't miss phone calls and it is totally hands free and will be helpful for my new career. They are professional yet personable and very nice to work with. I am looking forward to hearing better!
ringing in my ears was beginning to bother me. I saw an add in the newspaper and what do you know Hearing Connections was near my home so I went in for a free hearing test. Very kind and personal professionals, friendly and even let a dog come into the office. (It was too cold to leave him in the car) the test was quick and easy, no problems with my ears, what a relief. Highly recommended. Nate in the Fruitland location was very professional and answered all my questions. Even a few I didn't ask!! I had no clue on what I had been missing out on all these years. I cannot recommend this office highly enough! If you even suspect you need hearing aids do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment, you won't regret it.
