I’m very disappointed with the visit with my husband! It was more of a personal review of herself as if she wanted to impress him! I remained as quiet as I could until she started talked around and around in circle that didn’t have anything to do with my husband or our concerns. When asked her directly a question I never got a straight answer. I had to apologize to my husband for even scheduling him an appointment but so glad that I was there with him. Christy brown had the worst attitude very nasty do not go here !
Been a patient for almost 4 years and very pleased with Dr. Christy Brown. She takes the time and explains why and what she's doing during your visit. Repaired my old hearing aids for me. Will need to buy new ones as a thief stole them from my car. The pouch I kept them in looked like a money pouch. Read all reviews and very surprised at the negative ones. Not my place to comment on them. I give her 10 out of 10.
Brought my dad in for hearing check, found out he needed hearing aids. We looked at several options and chose rechargeable. He was reluctant at first to try them but wears them all day most of the time now. He seems happy to be able to hear sounds around him and mentions hearing the birds in the morning. He hadn’t heard that in a long time! We are happy with the service he gets here. A plus is its close to Brushy Mtn Smokehouse so we get appointments close to lunch and stop by there for food as well!
If I could give Dr. Brown ten stars then I would certainly do so. My hearing test was most thorough and quite professionally done. She was a delight to work with and explained her diagnosis in a clear and easy to understand way. She also answered all of my questions in the same manner. I can fully understand her popularity in her field and why people come from near and far to use her services.
